Frank Robleto Jr.

Frank Robleto Jr, the Corporate Sales Manager for Royal Caribbean International, is a seasoned professional known for his exceptional relationship skills in the world of business development. Specializing in group arrangements ranging from 10 to 1000 cabins, Frank is dedicated to working closely with clients to bring their visions to life on the high seas, particularly when it comes to meetings and incentives.

Having gathered extensive experience in both land and sea operations, Frank leverages his background to guide clients in selecting the perfect ship, destination, and staterooms for their events. His collaborative approach ensures that clients can envision and execute flawless events on board Royal Caribbean's cruise ships.

Originally from Nicaragua, Frank moved to the US at the age of two and has since built his life in sunny Miami, where he also pursued his college education. Growing up with opportunities to travel worldwide with his parents fueled Frank's passion for the travel industry. He initiated his career by working with Sandals and Beaches Resorts, and later spent 13 years with Carnival Cruise Lines before bringing his wealth of experience to Royal Caribbean, where he has been a valuable asset for the past four years.

Beyond his professional achievements, Frank is a dedicated family man, celebrating 19 years of marriage with his wife and raising two beautiful children. The Robleto family is known for their frequent travels with extended family, often exploring different parts of the world with groups of at least 12 members. Frank's commitment to travel, expertise in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, and his ability to bring people together for networking and business relationships is what drives him in this industry.
